Your first option is to get hold of your old phone, and use the code that is still being generated on the app to login to CUE services.

Once you are able to login to Online Services, go through the process of setting up MFA on your new phone, using the steps outlined here:

Having your codes backed-up to a non-CUE account would also be helpful in restoring the codes into your new phone.
