All application portal pages are strictly tied to the applications. The application portal requires a modern browser to work correctly, this can be Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Edge. The application portal website doesn't work in the Internet Explorer browser, the default browser on the sistest server.
To get access to the application portal you can follow the next steps:
Login to the SISManager on the sistest server.
Open the Admissions Module, find an application you are interested in and click the “Send Applicant Portal Password Reset Email” button
In a few minutes, email will be processed and can be found in the SMPT Trap. Open the SMPT Trap, email with the password reset link should be somewhere on top of the list
from here you can use the password reset link to reset the password.
Copy the application portal link (first in the letter) and open it using a supported browser. Click the “Forgot your password?” link
Click the “Reset password” button
Wait for a couple of minutes after you see the “An email was sent to your email address” message and go back to the SMPT Email Trap Viewer
On top of the list, you can find the “Application portal password reset request” email with the corresponding link
Open the password reset link in the supported browser and set a new password
After setting a new password you will be redirected to the login page, where you can sign in using a new password
